not all makeup clogs your pores or gives you blackheads
i have the same problem as you
what i do is i use a concealer specifically made to cover blemishes and imperfections
its from mac, and i wear mac foundation over me sometimes and it doesnt give me more pimples
but it might be cuz ur pimples got really dry.
try using lemon over the scars to lighten them
