Rosacea treatment

I am currently using the topical creams called Duac and Differin. I have been using them for about a year now with little difference. The only thing I have noticed is that instead of getting white heads, I just get a bunch of red bumps that are almost pimples. I only get white heads once in a while. Should I change my perscription or add something? Thanks.
